Required for First-Time & Reset Clients This salon operates on a treatment-based protocol, not appointment-based services. The New Client Signature Treatment is required for all first-time clients and for any client who has not been serviced within the last 4 weeks. This experience allows me to reassess the condition of your hair and scalp, restore balance, and re-establish a customized care plan before moving forward with any cutting or color services.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time will result is 100% charge of the service scheduled. ALL NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of your scheduled service! No Exceptions
